• Receive personalized Tarot readings powered by AI, delivered through five unique oracle characters — Elias, Lyra, Silas, Nyx, and Ophyr — each with a distinct voice and perspective.
• Customize readings according to your preferences, intentions, and chosen spread for a relevant and meaningful experience.
• Enjoy free daily readings to start your day with guidance and reflection.
• Shuffle and draw virtual Tarot cards, simulating the physical experience.
• Explore the deeper symbolism of the Major and Minor Arcana and unlock your inner intuition.

Whether you are seeking guidance about love, career, or personal growth, The Sign – Tarot provides a space for self-discovery and reflection.

3. Age Restrictions

The Application is not intended for use by children. If you are under the age of 16, you must not use our Application. You are responsible for ensuring that the Application is not used by anyone under the age of 16. We will not be responsible for children who use your credit card or other means of payment to purchase any in-app purchases .

4. User Obligations

By using the Application, you agree to:

• Use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data.
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Application without express written permission from us.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Application.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Subscription: Full access to all features for one week. May include a trial period.
• Monthly Subscription: Full access to all features for one month.
• Annual Subscription: Full access to all features for one year. May be offered at a discounted rate and may include a trial period.

Payment is processed through Google Play and the App Store. All transactions are subject to the terms and policies of the respective app stores.

Automatic Renewal:

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Subscription Cancellation:

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in Google Play or the App Store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting the Application does not cancel your subscription.

Refund Requests:

This may include details such as time since app installation, total app usage time, an anonymous account identifier, whether the in-app purchase was fully consumed, whether it included a trial period, the total amount spent, and the total amount refunded.
